What is Briefit?
Briefit is a personal AI workspace for conversation, personal Briefings, connected work, research, finished outputs, and scheduled automations.
What is the difference between Chat and Agent work?
Chat is best for questions and quick collaboration. Agent work is for a job with multiple steps, tools, research, or an output you want Briefit to carry through.
What can Briefit create?
Depending on the job and available tools, Briefit can bring back a clear answer or create outputs such as documents, presentations, spreadsheets, PDFs, and images.
How do automations work?
Describe repeated work, choose a supported schedule and time zone, then review its next run, previous run, status, and result conversation. You can pause it when you want.
Do I need the desktop feature?
No. Desktop access is optional. Briefit can still be used for chat, Briefings, connected services, research, files, and automations without it.
Control
Does Briefit act without asking me?
You choose what to connect and which instructions or schedules to enable. Sensitive or consequential actions can be presented for approval before Briefit continues.
What happens when I disconnect a service?
Disconnecting stops future access after revocation takes effect. It does not reverse actions already completed or automatically remove copies already created elsewhere.
Can I change memory and sharing settings?
You can turn memory features off, edit or delete memories, delete chats, and disable or delete public share links. Available controls can vary by platform and version.
Is desktop access always on?
No. Optional folder, file, screen, mouse, and keyboard permissions begin off and must be granted deliberately through your device.
Billing
Can I start for free?
A Free plan is available for exploring the core experience. Current entitlements and usage are shown in the app.
How do paid plans work?
Paid plans add more capacity and features for regular or heavier agent work. Prices, limits, taxes, and billing periods can vary by platform or billing channel.
How do I cancel?
Manage or cancel the subscription through the channel where you purchased it. Deleting a Briefit account does not itself cancel an App Store or other third-party subscription.
