An AI consultancy Melbourne businesses can work with

We are NeolinxAI Pty Ltd, established in 2024 in Melbourne, Victoria. We help businesses of roughly 10 to 150 staff find where AI helps, set up the tools, build what is missing, train their people and keep it working.

Professional and technical firms are our core focus. We also welcome any business that runs on documents, email and know-how. The starting point is the work: a tender that needs checking, a report to prepare or client records that take too long to find.

Where our product background comes in

Before consulting, we spent two years building our own AI products. They included an AI assistant used weekly by thousands of people across iPhone, web and Mac. That assistant was acquired in 2026.

We now focus on making AI useful inside a business: finding the right source file, preparing a draft that can be checked and keeping the workflow running after setup. We measure the time and corrections it takes your team to reach an approved result.

How we work with your team

We start small, measure the result and agree whether to go further. A better process or template comes first, followed by tools you already have and existing products. We build a custom workflow when the simpler options do not meet the need.

  1. 01
Review, about two weeksWe follow a real task with the people doing it, record the current effort and agree a first project with clear success measures. Our AI strategy review defines what to try and how to judge it.
  2. 02
Set up and build, typically two to six weeksWe set up the tools or build the workflow in your systems, test it on approved examples, train your team and hand everything over. Your people approve the outputs and decide whether the agreed checks have been met.
  3. 03
Support, ongoing month to monthOur ongoing AI partner service keeps the workflow running, reports results each month and helps you assess the next change. You can also finish at handover.

Evidence, ownership and approvals

Your people stay in control, and every factual claim needs a source. AI prepares, finds and checks; your team decides, approves and signs. If the evidence is missing, the workflow should say so.

  • Your systems: we usually build in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. You own the accounts, files, documentation and everything we build.
  • Your data: we use business-grade AI accounts that do not train on it, offer a confidentiality agreement (NDA) and delete working copies at the end.
  • Clear terms: the fixed fee is agreed in writing before starting, with no lock-in contracts.
  • Measured work: we compare preparation and review effort, check known mistakes and keep time freed separate from cash saved.
Questions

Common questions

We are based in Melbourne, Victoria, and work with businesses across Australia. We can work remotely anywhere in Australia and in person around Melbourne. We agree the sessions, document access and reviewer involvement before starting, so your team knows when it needs to participate in the review, testing and training.

You can engage us for a defined piece of work, including setting up tools or helping staff use them. We do not require a custom build or ongoing support. Our team training uses everyday tasks and includes how to check answers, recognise missing evidence and approve work before it is used.

Bring one recurring task that takes more effort than it should, and explain who does it, how often it happens and who checks it. You do not need to choose an AI tool first. We can start by discussing the workflow without confidential documents, then agree access before looking at the underlying material.
