What this website collects
We use HubSpot to understand how people use this website. HubSpot sets cookies and records things like the pages you visit, how you found the site and roughly where you're browsing from. If you've already given us your email address (for example by replying to one of our emails or booking a call), HubSpot can link your visits to that conversation so we know what you're interested in. We use this only to improve the site and our follow-ups. We don't sell it or use it for advertising. HubSpot, Inc. may store this information outside Australia.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site works fine without them.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) records standard technical details when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. These are used to run and secure the site.
- Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.
When you contact us or book a call
If you email us, we use what you send to reply. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter (such as your name, email and company) under its own privacy policy, and the call itself may run on Zoom. We keep these details only to arrange and follow up on the conversation.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't add anyone to a mailing list without asking first.
Access, correction and questions
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing mustafa@neolinxai.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Privacy questions
Yes. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and this website works without them. HubSpot helps us understand visits. Blocking its cookies does not stop you reading the pages or contacting us by email.
