library/certificates/laboratory_commitment_2024.md

Date: 12 February 2024
From: Dr Mira Denholm, Laboratory Services Manager, Aster Quay Analytical Pty Ltd
To: Priya Nair, Coldstream Water & Environment Pty Ltd
Subject: Willowbank depot assessment, Coldstream reference WD-2402

Dear Priya,

We confirm capacity to provide the agreed soil and groundwater analyses for the Willowbank depot investigation during 2024, including major ions, nutrients and dissolved metals. Our normal reporting turnaround for that commission is seven business days from sample receipt, subject to holding-time and sample-condition requirements agreed in the sampling plan.

Aster Quay Analytical is a NATA-accredited subcontract laboratory. No accreditation number is recorded in this extract. The accompanying scope extract records the evidence held by Coldstream.

This commitment applies only to WD-2402 and expires on 31 December 2024. Other projects, matrices, capacity reservations and service periods require a new written commitment.

Signed: Dr Mira Denholm, Laboratory Services Manager. Contact: mira.denholm@asterquay.example.

Attached scope extract

Accreditation scope recorded as current at 19 October 2026, for water matrices including groundwater and surface water: major ions, dissolved metals, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, nitrate/nitrite, ammonia, alkalinity and E. coli where applicable. The scope was checked in an internal supplier review on 1 October 2026; no suspension is recorded. No accreditation expiry is recorded. The scope supports the proposed WRW analyte/matrix coverage.

The 2026 scope annotation does not renew the 2024 letter, reserve 2027–2030 capacity or commit to WRW's ten-business-day event-to-upload deadline. No WRW-2026-114 letter is filed. Obtain a current tender-specific commitment and confirm logistics before representing the laboratory gate as satisfied.
