CV revision: 30 September 2026 | status: current employee and working director
Location: Box Hill, Victoria | contact: fiona.hartley@coldstreamwe.example
Fiona holds a BEng (Environmental) awarded in 1999 and has 25 years of consulting experience. She co-founded Coldstream in 2009. Earlier experience involved water infrastructure environmental assessments and multidisciplinary delivery.
Fiona sponsors water-sector programmes, approves commercial commitments and chairs technical escalation reviews. Her work includes scope definition, client governance, independent review allocation and oversight of corrective actions. She usually serves as Project Director rather than routine field manager. She retains budget authority and approves final bids, insurance changes and subcontract commitments.
Selected delivery
- P01 Bellfern, 2022–2025: Project Director for the A$286,000 bore and receiving-water programme; resolved scope and data-mapping variation approval with the client.
- P03 Rushbank, 2022–2023: Director for the A$132,000 monitoring engagement; chaired annual review meetings and reviewed report recommendations.

Availability and role fit
Planning allocation for WRW, subject to final bid approval: 0.1 FTE as Project Director from January 2027, with increased availability for mobilisation and annual reviews. Leena Voss provides technical escalation cover while Priya Nair runs day-to-day delivery. Fiona is not proposed as a deployed field worker. Her availability is a planning statement, not a signed contract appointment.
Internal note: use the three recent project sheets for detailed monitoring evidence; do not silently replace their dates with dates from this CV. Fiona reviews corporate claims against supporting records before signing an offer.
