Qualifications: Diploma of Environmental Monitoring, 2012. Tom has 12 years of field monitoring experience. He leads sampling logistics, prepares equipment and chain-of-custody records, supervises graduates and checks meter calibration. His recurring work includes quarterly groundwater and monthly surface-water rounds at Bellfern, Tallowmere, Rushbank and Morrow Creek.
Tom is experienced in low-flow pump setup, water-level measurement, field chemistry, contamination prevention, cooler packing and access coordination with asset operators. At Morrow Creek he escalated storm-damaged bank access and recorded the approved alternative site rather than attempting an unsafe sample. He supports incident reporting and stop-work decisions.

Availability
Indicative allocation: 0.5 FTE from January 2027 as Field Team Leader, paired with Zoe Mercer for routine rounds. Priya Nair can assist with leave coverage, subject to workload. This allocation is copied from the preliminary resourcing sheet and is not an authorisation to deploy. Training status must be reconciled with the tender's site requirements before final roster approval. The CV has not been updated since February.
