Coldstream delivered quarterly monitoring of 32 bores and monthly sampling at eight receiving-water sites around recycled-water storage assets. Work included water-level measurement, low-flow sampling, field duplicates, chain of custody, laboratory coordination, validated electronic datasets and three annual interpretive reports. The subcontract laboratory performed the relevant accredited tests. Final scope included major ions, nutrients and metals; it did not include bore drilling or continuous telemetry.
The team used a client-specific EQuIS-compatible import with controlled location identifiers and non-detect qualifiers. During the first quarter, two inconsistent laboratory analyte codes caused a rejected test import. Priya agreed the mapping with the client and added pre-upload checks. Later imports were accepted without the same mapping error. That history is useful evidence of a corrective action, rather than a claim that the project was flawless.
All scheduled rounds were completed, including one rescheduled wet-weather visit approved by the client. Annual reviews distinguished seasonal salinity changes from isolated turbidity artefacts. Referee feedback recorded clear exception summaries and continuity of the field team. Records support a recurring monitoring reference at broadly comparable scale. Final fee includes the approved mapping variation and remains the value attributable to Coldstream alone.
