The commission combined quarterly monitoring at 24 shallow groundwater bores with monthly sampling of ten creek and drainage sites near irrigated land. Coldstream maintained the sampling plan, coordinated accredited laboratory analysis and produced annual trend reports. Parameters included nutrients, dissolved metals, major ions and surface-water microbiology. QA/QC included field duplicates, blanks and checks on sample receipt condition.
An agreed ten-business-day data issue process used rolling site-level releases where rounds crossed several days. The deliverables included field records, laboratory reports, qualified results and a correction register. Coldstream provided flat CSV tables and then tested the client's EQuIS-compatible mapping during mobilisation. Leena reviewed groundwater interpretation and signed the limitations section where historical datum information was incomplete.
The final report documented three years of data and identified the need for a separate survey of two reference levels. That recommendation was not included in the monitoring contract. Client acceptance email, summarised in this sheet, confirmed delivery of all annual reports and closure of the one sample-labelling corrective action. The final contract value excludes the client's separate surveying commission. This is a completed recurring groundwater and surface-water monitoring engagement.
