Quarterly monitoring at 28 landfill perimeter bores included water levels, field chemistry, accredited laboratory analysis, annual interpretation and advice on expanding the network. Coldstream standardised bore names and prepared a register linking historical results to physical assets. The contract produced three annual reports and a final consolidated dataset. It was a recurring groundwater monitoring programme and technically resembles part of WRW's scope.
An old sales annotation reads: “Good water-sector story; use in next monitoring tender.” The annotation does not update the completion date. No extension, later monitoring contract or additional completion is recorded in this library. The A$194,000 fee relates only to the 2016–2019 engagement. Fiona recalls positive client feedback on the final report, but any new referee nomination would need the person's current role and permission confirmed. The archive still lists Daphne's role at project completion.
